The Organizers of the transcontinental adventure race "Expedition-Trophy 2008" invite all the willing to the Start of the race. And even more...

We have decided to let all the willing to accompany the participants of the Trophy contest during the first stage from Murmansk to Arkhangelsk. It acquires the status of Preface and is regulated by special rules.

The requirements set for the vehicles are simple — 4x4 drives with clearance of no less than 19 cm. The winch is highly recommended. No less than two adults in a car.

No fees are charged for participation in the Preface.

The Preface as well as any competitive stage of the Race includes off-road elements, navigation and unusual logical tasks aimed at searching for the right spots and directions.

The competition during the Preface will be held between the guests of expedition and the participants of "Expedition-Trophy 2008". The winners will be awarded with special prizes.

If there be guests among the three winners of the first stage, each of them will be offered a possibility to form a team (in a unity with any other guest crew) for further participation in "Expedition-Trophy 2008". The team must be formed according to the common rules — six people, at least one woman, no more than one Veteran.
